About Our Sealed Product

Rez Broz Collectibles specializes in factory-sealed Pokémon TCG, Yu-Gi-Oh, sports cards, and other trading card collectibles. We source our inventory directly from authorized distributors in sealed cases. We want to be transparent about what that means for the condition of the products you receive.

Sealed Product Comes From Sealed Cases

When we receive sealed cases from our authorized distributors, the individual products inside are exactly as they were when manufactured and packaged at the factory. We do not open, repackage, or alter sealed product. We ship it to you in the condition we received it.

Cosmetic Imperfections Are Inherent To Sealed Collectibles

Sealed collectibles can carry minor cosmetic imperfections that originate during manufacturing or distribution. Examples include:

From manufacturing:

  • Print or lamination variances on outer packaging
  • Seam imperfections where shrink-wrap was applied
  • Minor color or registration shifts on box art

From distribution:

  • Corner wear from boxes pressed against each other inside sealed cases
  • Scuffs and scrapes from adjacent product (Elite Trainer Boxes are known to scratch each other through the case from sharp seal seams)
  • Dings from pallet shifting during freight transport
  • Outer-case impact from forklifts or pallet stacking (cases routinely weigh hundreds of pounds and are stacked multiple high)
  • Shrink-wrap variance from temperature changes during transit

These imperfections do not affect the contents inside the sealed product. The cards, figures, or collectibles inside are protected by their factory sealing and have not been touched, shuffled, or exposed.

Our Quality Advantage Over Retail

Our product is received case-fresh directly from authorized distributors. Each unit has been handled significantly less than retail-shelf inventory. Retail products are picked up by customers, set down, sometimes mishandled, and returned to shelves throughout the day. Our inventory moves from sealed case directly to professional protective packaging for shipment.

As a result, our sealed product is generally in better outer condition than store-bought equivalents — but we cannot and do not guarantee pristine display-grade or showroom condition on any sealed product.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the random and sealed nature of trading card and collectible products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, replacements, or returns for:

  • Cosmetic outer-packaging condition (scuffs, scrapes, scratches, dents, corner wear, seam variance, shrink-wrap variance)
  • Manufacturer defects on outer packaging
  • Pull-quality dissatisfaction (the cards you opened were not what you hoped for)
  • Buyer's remorse or change of mind
  • Wrong-product orders that have been opened or unsealed by the buyer

What We Do Cover

We will work with you in good faith on:

  • Items lost in transit — USPS-confirmed lost packages
  • Items damaged in transit by the carrier — must be reported within 14 days with photo documentation of outer mailer damage
  • Wrong items shipped — must be reported within 14 days with the item still factory-sealed and unopened
  • Confirmed inauthentic product — extremely rare from authorized-distributor sealed inventory; documented case-by-case

For these issues, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photo documentation.

Inspect Before Accepting Delivery

Before accepting delivery, inspect the outer mailer for visible damage from the carrier. If you see signs of mishandling, photograph the package before opening and contact us immediately.
