All sales are final
No refunds, replacements, or returns for cosmetic outer-packaging condition, manufacturer defects, or pull-quality dissatisfaction
Items lost in transit (USPS-confirmed) will be addressed case-by-case
Carrier-damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days with photo documentation
Wrong items shipped (still factory-sealed and unopened) must be reported within 14 days
Confirmed inauthentic product addressed case-by-case
