SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time:

  • All orders will be processed and shipped within 24-48 hours from the date of order placement.
  • Preorders are shipped and fulfilled once all items from order are received at our fulfillment center.  

Combining Orders:

  • It's essential to note that live inventory items and preorder items cannot be combined on a single invoice. To avoid any confusion, we kindly request customers to place separate orders for these distinct product categories.

Delays:

  • We value our customers and want to keep you informed. Please be aware that unforeseen manufacturing and supplier delays may, on occasion, impact the timely delivery of your orders. We will always inform you by email if those such events occur. 

Sealed Products:

  • Our commitment to quality is unwavering. We meticulously ship sealed products in their original factory-sealed condition, which may include factory wrapping when applicable.
  • Please be advised that we disclaim any responsibility for any defects, rips, or missing/damaged components within factory-sealed items.
  • These sealed products are sold with the expectation that customers will open them as intended by the manufacturer unless otherwise specified in the product listing.
  • It's important to note that any damage to the outer packaging will not affect the contents of the product.

Mail Forwarding:

  • For our international customers using mail forwarding services, we want to clarify that once a package is marked as delivered, we no longer have responsibility for its contents.
  • Unfortunately, we lack the ability to track or verify any mishandling of the package during its time in the possession of the forwarding company or during transit from the forwarding company to your address.

Business Days:

  • We adhere to the industry standard for business days, defining them as Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
