• All sales are final
• No refunds, replacements, or returns for cosmetic outer-packaging condition, manufacturer defects, or pull-quality dissatisfaction
• Items lost in transit (USPS-confirmed) will be addressed case-by-case
• Carrier-damaged shipments must be reported within 14 days with photo documentation
• Wrong items shipped (still factory-sealed and unopened) must be reported within 14 days
• Confirmed inauthentic product addressed case-by-case
